Working principle of PCX series high-efficiency fine crusher
The PCX series high-efficiency fine crusher is mainly composed of upper and lower shells, rotor parts, lining plates, counterattack devices, and hammer head devices. There are multiple overlapping hammer frames arranged on the axis of the rotor, and the hammer head device is fixed on the through rod between the hammer frames. The two ends of the spindle are supported on the frame by rolling bearing seats. The lining plate is divided into several pieces and fixed on the box to protect the box from wear and tear. The box is divided into upper and lower parts, which are connected by bolts for easy disassembly and maintenance.
The material enters the chamber from the feeding hopper in sequence and falls onto the high-speed rotating movable striking hammer head. Through the interaction between the hammer head and the counterattack plate, the material is initially crushed in the hammering zone. After multiple high-frequency repeated hammering and counterattacks, the material falls onto the middle partition plate, forming a pile up and sliding. It falls onto the sieve plate under the rotor and is then thrown at high speed to the counterattack plate for collision. It falls and is forcibly counterattacked, crushed, and ground by the mobile hammer head. Therefore, the material undergoes multiple composite pulverizations, scouring and grinding during its self weight falling process, thereby achieving ultrafine effects.
